Coffee cup, c.1785, with the arms of Robinson, as Earls of Ripon, above the motto ’Dux mea Veritas’ [Truth is my Guide] which is not recorded for this family. However, there are several other armorial services of differing branches of Robinson. This service hitherto unrecorded.
