Coffee cup, Qianlong c.1750, with the arms of Forster
Coffee cup, c.1750, finely decorated with the arms of Forster with a mullet (star) for a third son. Several Forsters bore these arms including Edward Forster, a Governor of the Russia Company, and a Forster family of Jamaica.
